Little Mermaid photo cutout

Birthday party fun had by all with the Little Mermaid photo cutout board.  The board is 30 x 48 inches and I first painted the background blue then hand painted the Little Mermaid and Flounder with acrylic paint.  I then added glitter paint to the fin for added sparkle!
